I bought 200.000.000 Maplestory 2 mesos. Live chat support told me 2-3 hours. After 4 hours they told me "Youre first in line". Received gold after 17 HOURS. The trade I was buying mesos for (a great ingame deal) was called off because it took to long time. Tried contacting support to dispute since they lied to me. Wrote a calm and reasonable message. The live chat was immediatly terminated and I was ipbanned from livechat. They dont stick to their policies and lie straight in your face. AVOID
